We're seeking an experience Lab technician to join a national confectionery company located in Ballarat through Programmed Skilled Workforce
- Excellent ability to manage priorities within timeframes allocated
- Ability to follow standardise process and enjoys process driven role
- Conduct microbiological and analytical analysis of raw materials, hygiene, in-process, environmental and finished product according to Mars Global Quality & Food Safety requirements.
- Maintenance and input into lab process including consumables, lab and equipment cleaning
- Provide reports and data upon request of the Laboratory manager disposition management of finished products
- Awareness and adherence to Laboratory safety and Good Laboratory Practices
