We’re on the hunt for a motivated **Painting Apprentice** to join our team working across the beautiful **Sunshine Coast**. Whether you've had some brush time or you're brand new to the trade, if you've got a strong work ethic and the right attitude, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting with prepping and painting residential and commercial properties
- Sanding, taping, brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Learning surface preparation, paint systems, and finishes
- Working safely and efficiently under the guidance of qualified tradespeople
- Developing your skills while studying a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

What You’ll Need:
**Driver’s licence and reliable car** (essential - job sites vary)
**White Card** (construction site access required)
A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
A **positive attitude and reliability** - we show up and do the job right
Some painting or construction experience is a bonus, but not essential
