**YHA Brisbane City** is seeking a part-time **Maintenance Officer **to join our team in the heart of CBD. We're looking for someone who is able to support the property with general maintenance and repairs as well as taking preventative actions.

**What your day will look like**:

- Performing good-quality corrective & preventative maintenance.
- Minor paint and gyprock repairs.
- Minor plumbing and tiling.
- Maintaining plant rooms, switch rooms, and some outdoor areas.
- Performing thorough weekly building & plant inspections.

**What are we looking for**:

- Trade Qualification is essential
- Background in accommodation maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
- Must have full Australian Working Rights
