Experienced Pharmacy Assistant/stock Controller

_**We are looking for someone who has experience and can work within a busy pharmacy environment and is able to multitask across all areas of the pharmacy. **_

**Position Criteria**:

- Someone who is friendly, outgoing and motivated with keen eye for detail.
- Follows directions given by the Pharmacist or upper management.
- Rapport building skills with customers is essential.
- Confidence in recommended in our products and services to all customers and clients including our Loyalty program
- You will need to be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks to the highest standard.
- Qualified S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications as well as any other industry qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Participation in provided trainings conducted in-house and online via industry platforms provided by Optimal - this is an ongoing requirement.
- Experience with stock management that directly relates to purchasing, invoicing, and database management in accordance with company protocol.
- The ability to execute promotional activity with good organisational skills.
- Merchandising experience and the ability to set up promotional activity to support the marketing program in the pharmacy.
- The ability to review and analyse reports by using MINFOS
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy environment that will challenge you.
