**Part time shift for 3-5 hours and full-time 8 hours.**
- Online / Remote operations
- Can be done without affecting your current job
**- Salary**: $350-380/ per day
- Age must be 20 years old and above
- Flexible Working hours, on experience is welcomed
- Daily payroll
- Need a local bank for receive your salary

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for various tasks.
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Maintain organized files and records both physically and electronically.
- Assist with document signing using platforms such as DocuSign.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $350.00 - $380.00 per day
