**About The Role**
Reporting to the Stakeholder Consultant Liaison, the primary purpose of the **Stakeholder Engagement Advisor** is to support to our construction activities in line with client requirements.

We have **multiple** positions due to being awarded a larger scope of works and offer a **hybrid **working environment between either our offices in **Cremorne**,** VIC** **or** our offices in **Sydney**.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage Land Owner queries via direct communication, in collaboration with both Ventia internal team and Field team.
- Engage with third parties including utility authorities, government institutions and community organisations.
- Update the wider Team via meetings and written correspondence.
- Ensure the stakeholder function is meeting contractual obligations and timeframes.
- Assist with a variety of activities, within the Stakeholder and Access function, as required.
- Work within a wider, large supportive and experienced team.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Stakeholder role, preferably within a large construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Excel, Word, Outlook/
