**The Role**

The Customer Service Officer plays an important role in helping to achieve the profitable sales of Adbri Masonry products by delivering superior customer service.

We are looking for a friendly, versatile and reliable person to join our team at Stapylton. This 'hands on' role needs someone who has the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. If you are process orientated or have experience in manufacturing and logistics this could be the opportunity for you.

This is a permanent, full time role reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be working as part of a friendly team who will help you learn about our products and systems. Based in Stapleton

**Responsibilities**
- Process data into SAP
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Process customer orders
- Process customer returns/credits
- Coordinate deliveries
- Assist Despatch in processing driver paperwork
- Process special Made To Order product (MTO) orders
- Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained

**What you will need to succeed**
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner
- Willingness to be part of a dynamic team
- Ability to prioritise and think on your feet
- Demonstrated high level computer skills
- SAP experience is desirable
