Seeking a cafe worker that can learn quickly to look after our little shop as though it was there own

Any previous coffee making experience would be advantageous, but not as much as an eager to learn attitude and someone who can pick up on new concepts quickly

We'd appreciate a staff member who can walk or drive themselves to work, and can cover shifts at short notice on very rare occassions. Staff living within a 10 minute commute from Elizabeth is highly preferable.

All staff at the cafe need a very high level of customer service, including happy disposition, confident persona, and ability to not just work under pressure, but work well under pressure.

Our new staff member is required to work 46 Sundays per year so availability on this day is essential. Picking up other shifts and covering some annual leave during the year is optional and up to the staff member.
