**About the Company**:
Maxima’s valued client are known as one of the leading providers in the health sector worldwide. Since the company’s foundation in 1961, they have continued to expand with a workforce of 3,000 people. They continue to develop, produce, and sell high quality devices and consumables for medicine and science.

**About the Role**:

- Assist the General Manager and Product Manager with the preparation of various detailed written reports
- Co-ordinate the appropriate delivery of all exhibition materials and displays
- Assist in preparing and evaluating tender documentation and contracts
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product catalogues and product information
- Assist with the development of sales and marketing policies and strategies
- Resolve general sales and marketing related queries
- Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager

**About You**:

- Excellent skills developing spreadsheets and analyzing data
- Accurate data entry abilities
- Experience in assembling and correlating data in a support role or similar desirable
- Ability to effectively plan and thoroughly investigate issues and prepare detailed reports and executive summaries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen, interpretation, and analysis skills
