**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The tyre fitter is responsible for fitting or refitting tyres from wheels. This role involves ensuring that tyres are fitted and maintained to the highest safety standards, providing exceptional customer service, and performing additional workshop duties as required. This role assists the production and logistics team in the preparation of outbound goods.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Tyre Fitting and Quality Assessment**:
1.1. Remove and replace worn or damaged tyres.

1.2. Fit new tyres.

1.3. Ensure rims are in prime condition for delivery to the customer, free of flaws.

**2. Workshop Duties**:
2.1. Maintain a clear, neat and tidy work environment.

2.2. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.

2.3. Assist with preparing orders for dispatch.

**3. Compliance and Safety**:
3.1. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

3.2. Follow company policies and procedures.

3.3. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**SKILLS**:
1. Able to perform sustained physical work for extended periods of time using tools.

2. Ability to work under limited supervision individually or in a team environment.

3. Autonomous and solves their work planning problems.

4. Strong attention to detail.

5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:

- Complete tasks on time and to the required standard.
- Plans own work in consultation with supervisors
- Deal with employees professionally at all times.

**What you will bring**:

- A passion for the agribusiness culture.
- **12 months' experience in industrial fitting** OR **4 years' experience in motor vehicles.**:

- Completion of WACE or equivalent.
- Forklift ticket (HWL).
- Eligible for employment in Australia.

Salary for this role is negotiable within industry rates.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
