**The Company**

Our client is a leading food manufacturing business who are continuing to experience strong organic growth further securing their position as a market leader in their space. They are now looking for a ANZ Maintenance Manager join one of their largest sites who will drive the implementation of the global maintenance excellence program with the view to improve uptime and optimize the equipment lifecycle.

**The role**

Reporting into the Head of Engineering & Maintenance, your responsibilities will include;
- Drive the global maintenance excellence program for the ANZ region
- Deliver global and regional KPI’s including uptime, cost, inventory and other leading indicators
- Oversee the management of spare part inventory levels, spare part cost, suppliers selection
- Provide technical support and coaching to maintenance management across the ANZ region
- Ownership of regional obsolescence and Asset Life Extension programs with direct input in regional 5 year capex plans.
- Assist with the global transition to AM (autonomous maintenance) systems.

**Your background**

In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

- Must have experience working within fast paced manufacturing sector, ideally within the FMCG space.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture.
- You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
