We have an exciting 10-month fixed term opportunity, with potential to extend, for a People Systems Consultant to join our Sydney based team in Castlereagh Street. Also open to this position being Melbourne based or elsewhere in Australia. Continue to expand and add to your systems expertise.

**About the role**

As part of the People and Culture team, reporting to the Manager, People Systems, Programs and Change, you’ll be actively contributing through the responsibility for administering Stockland’s People Systems (SAP Success Factors) and (UKG Workforce Dimensions) to enable the efficient and effective delivery of People processes, seamless implementation of system releases and ongoing systems and process improvements.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide Level 2 support for the systems to ensure continuity of People and Culture (P&C) processes
- Manage (maintain and update) system configuration and parameters
- Utilising insights from system configuration, P&C, and business feedback, improve and optimise system modules to enhance the user experience and increase efficiencies across P&C processes and drive learning and knowledge sharing across P&C and Business teams
- Provide recommendations on the capabilities of the systems to ensure ongoing continuous improvement
- Provide input into the development of user training plans and materials to ensure new system enhancements are quickly adopted and sustained
- Support the coordination of system releases and regression testing
- Ensure all unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production verification testing plans and results are documented, and this includes maintaining and updating all technical documentation associated with any system enhancements including workbooks and test scripts

**About you**
- Preferably a degree in an IT or HR related field or demonstrated, relevant experience in system administration or systems implementation
- Experience in the configuration and use of SAP SuccessFactors and though highly desirable but not essential, experience of UKG Workforce Dimensions
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical solutions
- Knowledge of and experience working with P&C policies and procedures, preferable
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, governed by SLAs
