**Job Description**:
You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of our gaming room and be involved in the creation and running of promotions, and the development of our guest relation experiences.

Responsible for the daily compliance issues relating directly to the gaming operation as set down by legislative bodies and also in accordance with the relevant liquor act.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Gaming Manager/Supervisor experience in the Hospitality sector
- Previous hands-on experience with Gaming operations
- A strong customer service focus & a passion for the industry
- A positive & friendly personality with both the clientele & team they lead
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to liase well with clientele, colleagues & Senior Management
- Strong organisational skills
- A keen focus on Compliance
- Hands on approach to all facets of the business
- RMLV
- RSA/RSG Certificates
- Gaming Nominee
