Permanent Storeperson needed for a wholesaler in Homebush

**Your new company**

Our Client is a Wholesaler based in Homebush who is looking to expand there team to include another Store person.

**Your new role**
- Safely operate a Hi-Reach forklift to move, stack, and retrieve goods within the warehouse
- Perform pick packing duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders
- Receive incoming goods, inspecting and verifying their quality and quantity against purchase orders
- Prepare pallets for shipment by securing products with proper wrapping or strapping
- Utilise computer systems for inventory management and tracking of goods
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience operating a Hi-Reach forklift is essential
- Proficiency in pick packing and warehouse operations
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift items weighing 15 kg or more
- Computer-literate with experience using inventory management software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid forklift licence and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
