**About the role at Mastercard**

The Security Operations Centre is looking for a SOC Security Monitoring and Response Analyst II to continuously monitor, identify, analyse, and investigate Security events triggered by our Security Controls. The Security Operations Centre (SOC) is an integral part of Mastercard’s Corporate Security team and continuously monitors, identifies, and manages threats to our technology, data, and assets.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
