Manager Business

Reporting to the Associate Director Education & Professional Services, as the Manager Business & Information Technology your key responsibilities include:

- Providing educational, strategic leadership and development in the operation of vocational education and services within the Business & Information Technology team.
- Drive the development of innovative delivery models and opportunities to enhance student outcomes and facilitate Chisholm growth and financial performance.
- Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.?
- Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.?
- Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm’s new Strategic Plan 2025-2029.

A highly motivated and organised individual with proven experience in managing teams in a client focused industry. You will have great interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. **Qualifications required for the role**:
You will have tertiary qualifications in management or a related business portfolio or extensive experience in a related discipline.
A TAE40122, TAE50122 or equivalent, or an approved course of adult teacher training accredited at AQF Level 6 or above is highly desirable.
