**About 24 York**

24 York is a new steak-frites restaurant in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, serving just one signature dish — done with consistency, confidence, and care. On the plate: a premium grass-fed scotch fillet, tallow-fried shoestring fries, and your choice of bold house-made sauces.

Our setting is polished but relaxed — perfect for solo meals, small groups, and last-minute plans. The menu features a handful of thoughtfully selected extras: a green leaf salad, a classic dessert, and a small list of drinks to round things out. From first bite to final pour, every detail is designed to deliver a straightforward, memorable experience.

**What We’re Looking For**

You’re a true all-rounder — someone who can:

- Mix a great drink behind the bar
- Confidently run food and deliver exceptional table service
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and polish
- Understand and communicate menu and beverage offerings with ease
- Thrive in a premium, fast-paced environment

You’ll bring:

- Experience in premium dining or high-end casual venues
- A flexible, can-do attitude and strong team energy
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Availability across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
- A valid NSW RSA certificate
