**We are looking for an experienced barista at Birdies Mini Golf & Sports Bar at Top Ryde City.**

We are an exciting sports bar that also has a great indoor mini golf course. Our bar is the equivalent, if not better, than most city bars and has an impressive range including 71 Australian gins.

Birdies has a capacity of 250 people and is open 7 days, 11am - 10pm. We are located at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre, in Ryde.

We are looking for a barista / all rounder to complete our team.

**BARISTA / BAR STAFF**

We are on the hunt for experienced hospitality staff who are able to maintain and expand excellent relationships with our quality customers, while providing outstanding customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Barista - making and preparing coffees
- Pouring beers, making cocktails, taking food orders and being a proactive team member
- Set a high standard of work and represent the Birdies culture at all times
- Always practice responsible service of alcohol
- Ensure cleanliness in all aspects of the venue and timely management of operational tasks
