**The Role**:
Best & less has an opportunity for a **Casual Team Member** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our **Parkmore** store in Victoria.
As an integral member of the Parkmore ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together Most shifts will be between Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday morning or afternoon between 9am to 5pm.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**Salary**: Up to $29.31 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
