**The opportunity**
We are seeking a talented, motivated and professional **Aviation Maintenance Repair & Operations Manager** to join the world class Air Combat Electronic Attack (ACEA) Sustainment Program supporting the RAAF F/A-18F & EA-18G Aircraft fleet, with the role based onsite at RAAF Base Amberley.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide Technical Leadership & Management to a Part 145 Maintenance Team
- Using advanced soft skills perform Leadership & Management functions for 20 to 40 Technical Personnel ensuring team safety, harmony, technical development and personal welfare are promoted
**Experience/Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Maintenance and or Engineering in an Aviation discipline
- Experience in managing Technical Personnel within a CASA, DASA or equivalent accredited organisation
- Defence experience is highly regarded but not essential
**Essential Criteria**
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens and
- Meet Defence Security Requirements
