What You’ll Do:

- Confidently lead your room with care, creativity and intention
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Support and mentor fellow educators to develop engaging, play-based programs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all
- Actively contribute to reflective practices and continuous improvement across the service

What You’ll Need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Previous experience leading a room or mentoring other educators
- A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and a genuine passion for early learning
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and a growth mindset
- Working With Children Check (VIC)

Pay: $35.12 - $43.40 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
