**Salary**:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum + Superannuation (based on 38-hour week)

**Employment Type**:Full-time, ongoing

Role Overview:
The Engineering Manager (Mechanical Division) will lead mechanical design and implementation for residential and commercial construction projects. This includes coordinating technical operations, supervising project teams, overseeing compliance with WHS and Australian Standards, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Lead the mechanical engineering and project delivery teams.

2 Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and systems.

3 Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.

4 Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards.

5 Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

6 Provide technical direction, mentoring, and performance management of staff.

1 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

2 Minimum five years’ relevant experience in mechanical or engineering management.

3 Comprehensive understanding of Australian building codes and standards.

4 Proven leadership and project management capabilities.

5 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
