About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to bring the heat In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the spark that keeps everything running smoothly—from mentoring staff and merchandising to managing stock and hitting key targets.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
Lead and inspire your team to hit sales targets and provide world-class service.
Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow to their full potential.
Ensure the store looks its best with stunning displays and a clean environment.
Manage inventory to keep products stocked and minimize losses.
Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with customers, merchandising, and store operations.
Collaborate on new ideas and improvements to keep raising the bar.
