We are a busy general practice located in Port Kennedy looking to engage with well presented, flexible, mature of mind, casual Medical Receptionists. We are looking to increase our small team of Admin staff to support and ensure the smooth running of our clinic.

Working closely with other staff, your daily duties will include:

- Welcoming and greeting patients, confirming patient details
- Managing telephone enquiries in a polite and helpful manner, taking messages as required
- Scheduling (and confirming) patient appointments, including recalls and reminders
- Triaging patients and monitoring the waiting room
- Processing payments and patient accounts
- Promote our practice and services in a positive and informative way

To be considered for this opportunity you will have previous Medical Receptionist experience in General Practice or Allied Health, Experience with Best Practice software is highly desirable. You will have proven ability working autonomously within a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and a varied workload in conjunction with a busy reception desk.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.45 - $32.52 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
