About the Company:
Boori started in Sydney in 1993, and initially sold just baby furniture through wholesale channels in Australia. Since then, it has grown in scope and product range, with Boori furniture being sold across Asia and Europe, and with a more diverse product category range, including not just baby cots, but also kids and grown-up beds, along with storage furniture, desks, chairs, and timber play products.

The Boori Australia head office is at Eastern Creek (NSW 2766).
Hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (or optional 8:30am to 4:30pm)

About the role:
This role requires someone with good problem solving abilities, and effective communication to assist in resolving after sales service and warranty issues, as well as assist in other office and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include
- Processing warranty claims and other after sales service issues through providing solutions, including preparation of hardware and spare parts, and organising delivery.
- Sourcing spare parts from the spares inventory, and occasionally from stock, ensuring the most efficient use of resources, and making sure that stock is updated correctly, and any incomplete units are stored correctly.
- Communicating with retailers and consumers in a professional manner to resolve after sales service issues, spare part orders, warranty claims, as well as answering general queries
- Receiving and recording customer service & warranty claims. Logging after-sales service cases in the system, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Processing returns and notifying relevant staff of any required credits/refunds.
- Providing feedback to address recurring issues, and reduce their occurrence.
- Assisting in maintaining and organising the spare parts inventory, including keeping the spares inventory organised and tidy, tracking stock levels and replenishing as needed.
- Conducting occasional site visits to customer or retailer addresses to assist in repairs or investigate service issues.
- Working closely with other teams, such as warehouse, logistics, sales, and technical support to ensure seamless service.
- Assisting with other office admin tasks.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks.

What we're looking for:

- A team player with a positive can-do attitude, who is willing to be hands on.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ideally someone with customer service experience, particularly in the baby or furniture industry.
- Someone level headed with good problem solving abilities, resourcefulness, and a high level of accuracy and speed in picking and processing service issues and orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
