We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic full time or part-time Sales Manager to join our team at Bakers Delight Rosebud Plaza.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team to provide delightful customer service, to drive sales and to be responsible for the overall sales function of the bakery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail sales expert to sink their teeth into this important management role.

To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will:

- Be a strong verbal and written communicator
- Be able to influence, motivate and inspire a team
- Be proud of your strong customer service skills, be able to upsell and have strategic sales skills
- Provide personalised service to delight each and every customer
- Have previous experience in a similar role (but bakery experience is not a requirement)
- Seek a rewarding career in the retail industry.

You’ll be comfortable leading the team to deliver delightful service, achieve results and meet targeted budgets. Working full time or part time, hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with some early mornings and evenings.

Your outgoing personality, friendly demeanor and ‘can do’ attitude are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosebud, VIC 3939: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
