**About Us**

Our venue, Tiisch cafe in Perth CBD, attracts strong daytime trade. Boasting a fantastic coffee program (Five Senses), daily Bottomless Brunch bookings (Free Flowing Alcoholic Beverages) and a core product offering being all things brunch and delicious.

**About the role**

We are now seeking a hospitality legend to join us as a Bistro Manager for Tiisch. This role requires to be able to manage and coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant including but not limited to:

- Training and supervising floor staff
- Planning and organising events, functions and private parties
- Stock control and liaise with suppliers for material needed
- Monitoring the quality of the service offered and take actions to resolve customers complaints
- Promoting the venue in order to attract new customers

This is an opportunity for the right person to have real input to staff culture through training and leading a team.

**What you need**
- A great personality
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role or significant Supervisory experience
- A passion for great food, beverage and customer experience
- A sound understanding of business management
- The desire to grow skills and overcome challenges in individuals, including yourself
- Current RSA
- The ability to lead and inspire a team
- Great attention to detail
- Flexible availability as we trade 7-days per week
