**We are seeking a strong customer focussed PA who lives and breathes real estate, to support one of our lead sales agents and work in the Manly area.**

**SKILLS**

**Your primary responsibilities will be to**:
› Support dynamic team of two
› Provide all necessary administrative support in the listing and selling process
› Manage all property marketing quotes
› Book all artwork and publications (Previous experience with Campaigntrack is highly desirable)
› Liaise with vendors and buyers, solicitors, property stylists, building inspectors and valuers
› Market appraisal follow up and other administrative support as required
› Create and format documents and presentations
› Preparation of open home packs
› Manage all data into the CRM (Agentbox)
› Attend bank valuations and pre settlement inspections
› Assisting with prospecting/promotional activities
› Provide back up support to office manager when on leave

**You**:
› Real Estate experience essential

› Certificate of Registration required

› Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail

› Strong organisational skills with excellent literacy

› Are highly organised with excellent time management skills

› Have strong customer service skills and a positive “can do” attitude

› Possess clear communication skills and present professionally

› Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
