**IMMEDIATE - Sr PMO Specialist - AUD 950 + super - 12 months (extensions) - NSW Government Project - SAP HCM roll out**
- PMO Specialist ( HCM Program Governance and Risk Manager)
- 12 months (part of 3-4 year programme )
- Pay: $950 + Super
- Hours: 8 hrs/day - 40 hrs/week
- Location: Parramatta NSW (1 to 2 days in the office) rest WFH
- MUST HAVE **:Governance / Reporting / Control framework experience / PMO Certifications**

**Overview**
- The Governance and Risk Manager is a key role **supporting the HCM PMO Director **to manage the operations of the PMO.
- The role is responsible for managing the program’s governance framework, reporting framework and embedding best practice models

**Key accountabilities**
- Provide high level consultation, analysis and advice to support the program’s leadership and governance teams to meet key reporting requirements
- Manage and administer the HCM program **governance framework**, including developing agendas, presentation materials, minutes and recording actions and decisions for all governance forums
- Working groups as well as identify areas for procedural improvement in the governance framework.
- Manage and administer the HCM **program reporting framework**, including the collation of accurate status data, engaging with the delivery management workstream
- Manage and administer the HCM **program controls framework**, working closely with the Program Delivery team to ensure that risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies
