**The Role**

We are looking for a Customer Service superstar to join our team in our Hoskings Watergardens store, to help our clients celebrate the special moments in their lives. Ideally we are looking for someone with the following attributes:

- Experience within a retail or customer service environment.
- Experience as a keyholder would be preferable
- An understanding of or passion for Jewellery.
- A high level of communication skills both written and verbal.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Availability to work across the week, including nights and weekends.
