- We are located NOR but service all over perth, Drivers license is a must._

Site and Strata Solutions is a renovation and home and building maintenance company servicing all over Perth. We are a small family business and have been established since 2013.

As the company is expanding we are hiring someone to help manage the work load. Looking for an all rounder that knows how to complete a range of jobs.

Based on experience you will be required to manage your own list of jobs.

Some of your main duties include:

- all building maintenance_
- door installations_
- renovations_
- dry wall repairs_
- minor tiling repairs_
- quoting jobs_
- And more_

Applicants must be available for early starts.

Successful applicants must have:

- _drivers licence_
- reliable_ _car_
- _strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _strong attention to detail._
- own tools is desirable but not a must_
- Must be honest and reliable_

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
