Aquila is excited to be offering Management openings across several Brisbane stores. We are looking for outstanding **Store Managers **to build on our great success and teams already established here in Queensland.

Aquila is a family business founded in 1958, in a small shoe factory in Melbourne, Australia. Building a reputation for quality shoes with Italian styling and traditional construction techniques, Our name has become synonymous with well-crafted footwear.

We now operate in 40 retail stores nationwide and is as proud of its rich heritage as its position as the leader in men's fashion footwear in Australia.

As the Store Manager, you will support the State Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. The Store Manager is responsible for:

- Driving stores sales performance
- Delivering the highest level of customer service
- Implementing visual merchandising standards
- Inventory control management
- Store presentation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven retail Manager who wants to build a career in Retail fashion. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends as required

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
- Weekly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
