Lecturer- Sport

**About The Role** The School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation is expanding and currently seeks to recruit three **Education Focused Lecturers in Sport & Exercise Science **to engage in teaching, learning and coordination in several areas, including:

- Work Integrated Learning and Professional Practice Subjects
- Strength and Conditioning
- Exercise Prescription
- Exercise Physiology
- Biomechanics
- Data Management in Sport and Exercise
- Complex Exercise Management
- Creativity, Collaboration & Critical Thinking

In this role you will prepare and deliver online and face-to-face lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions and workshops, using a range of contemporary technologies. You will participate in research activities, and supervise honours and higher degree students. You will also develop and maintain links with industry and the broader academic community. **About You** As a Lecturer you have demonstrated tertiary teaching experience, using blended learning approaches. To be successful you will also have:

- A PhD in sport and exercise science or related discipline.
- Demonstrated excellence in learning and teaching activities, and understanding of contemporary teaching and learning approaches and adult learning theories.
- Experience in research activities with evidence of a strong publication track record.
- Eligibility for membership and professional accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).

**Base Salary Range**:$121,566 to $143,880 pa (Level B) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension)** in addition** to the base salary.
