Custom Construction WA specialises in new home builds, predominantly in private builds across the south of Perth region.

**About the role**

We are currently searching for Carpentry Apprentices to join their team. This role would allow you to develop a diverse skill set with the potential to grown into other areas of carpentry once your apprenticeship is completed.

The work is mainly focused on roof carpentry, with duties including (but not limited to):

- Cutting, framing, and installing roofing
- Cutting, measuring, and designing timber products to build roofs
- Understanding how to use various hand and power tools
- Assisting tradesmen in their daily duties

This is a full-time apprenticeship.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Demonstrate a genuine, long-term interest in the industry
- Display a willingness to learn and take direction
- Be punctual, reliable, and hard working
- Sound numeracy skills
- Be comfortable working at heights
- Hold a current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Possess (or be willing to obtain) a White Card
