Audi Centre Mosman are looking for a highly organised, customer focused individual to join the award winning team.

With Sales, Finance and delivery teams all located on the on site it makes for a dynamic interactive role.

**In this role you will be responsible for;**
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and talking with customers over the phone.
- Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate.
- General administration duties using excel and other programs
- Assisting with making coffees and drinks for our customers
- Handling Service customer Kiosk check ins and check outs.

**To be considered for the role, you will have**:

- Experience in a busy workplace with an ability to multitask.
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- A confident phone manner.
- Well-presented corporate attire.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry. would be desirable however NOT essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
