Permanent Executive Housekeeper wanted for large residence in Perth - PPMM

Are you an experienced housekeeper with a fine eye for detail?

Are you looking for an early finish in the afternoons?

Are you available immediately?

We are seeking an experienced housekeeper who can display excellent attention to detail and diligence in all aspects of housekeeping. Must have previous experience in a similar role, or display an ability to operate at a level expected at a private residence and/or high-end property.

The role will include Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 2:30pm on an ongoing basis. It’s a large family residence and an eye to detail, ability to work in a happy team environment for this friendly professional couple and their dog

Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing daily laundry requirements:
Washing, drying, ironing bed linen & towels

Washing, drying, ironing of clothing garments

Liaising with drycleaners for daily requirements

Maintaining the cleanliness of house internals to the highest of standards:
Wiping down surfaces

Sanitary cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen areas

Dusting, Cobwebbing, Vacuuming, Mopping, Making beds, Dishwashing

Polishing of silverware

Mail & newspaper collection

Reporting of damages and maintenance items to Property manager

Must hold:
Police Check;
COVID Vaccination;
Previous contactable referees;
Hours: Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am to 2:30 pm

An excellent hourly rate up to $38 is on offer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
