**About the Opportunity**
- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Motel Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy motel operations at Club Laverton. The Motel Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing and leading FOH staff, and housekeepers. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling customer queries.
- Situated in the Western Suburbs, our venue includes a motel, Keno, Bistro, Bar, TAB, Sports Bar, and Gaming Area, offering a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong ability to manage both front-of-house and back-end operations at the Motel.
- We are ideally looking for someone for a full-time permanent role. Flexibility is important as our business operates late nights, but we aim to provide every second weekend off to promote a work/life balance.

**About You**

As the Motel Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for someone committed to fostering a collaborative team environment. If you are driven, have a proven track record in motel or hotel management, and are ready for a fresh challenge, we would love to hear from you. Key experience and criteria includes:

- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in accommodation or hospitality management, with a focus on motel management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- A proactive mindset and strong work ethic, complemented by keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle various responsibilities and situations efficiently.
- Actively promote all motel and club facilities, upselling as appropriate to optimise opportunities.
- Availability to work a flexible 7-day rotating roster with AM/PM shifts.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential).
- Exceptional organisational and time managements skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and presentation.
- Experience in managing a team and a desire to mentor and develop staff.
- Experience with RMS booking systems and front desk operations.
- Preparing weekly performance reports and collaborating with club management to drive positive results.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on achieving high occupancy results and providing an outstanding guest experience.
