**This role is based at our TJX Warehouse located at Marsden Park, Sydney and is for the afternoon shift (2-10pm)**

This role will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and has duel responsibilities in the Global Safety & Security Centre (GSSC) and the Processing Centre (PC). This position is primarily responsible for centrally managing access control to the PC and Stores through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
- Ensure access control compliance with company security procedures for vehicles and Associates
- Report all alarm activation and document site attendance
- Conduct locker and bag checks, recording and reporting any breaches of company policy
- Conduct compliance audits and physical site security reviews to identify non-compliance to company policy and standards.
- Utilise electronic surveillance systems (GPS units) to identify and investigate unethical or dishonest behaviour.
- Ability to work with Warehouse Management to resolve security and loss prevention issues.
- Liaising with external stakeholders as required, e.g. security service providers, police, industry groups, etc.

**Requirements needed**
- A current Class 1A NSW Security License
- A current Australian driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle
- At least 3 years of Loss Prevention, Investigation, Compliance and Audit experience
- Flexible with local travel and working hours
- Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment (is desirable)
