Our client is a leading supplier of materials & integrated surface protection solutions to the automotive industry. They are based in Chullora & service all businesses in the Sydney Metro area across the Automotive industry as the leader in the global market in repair materials, maintenance services, and products for everything tyres and wheels. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Customer ServiceAll-Rounder to work autonomously performing a variety of duties onsite at their Warehouse Facility. Duties include but NOT limited to:

- Co-ordinating sales functions for telephone & walk in customers to the retail shop
- Providing supporting sales functions within the national warehouse teams
- Monitoring, managing & completion of online orders directed to the Sydney (Chullora) warehouse.
- Computer processing for sales related duties, including invoicing, picking slips, delivery dockets, booking freight.
- Some order picking and packing
- Answering the main telephone line and service or redirect callers as required.
- Merchandising the retail store
- Occasionally assisting with light warehouse duties

- Team player
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
- Computer literacy & High attention to detail
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Experience in a customer service, sales, or retail role would be beneficial.
