The successful applicant will be based in our Victorian office located in Sunshine.

Permanent, Full time. Approximate Salary 80K + Salary packaging and Superannuation
This newly created role provides the opportunity for you, as an experienced Human Resources or Organisational Development professional to bring your capabilities and enthusiasm to the employee experience. Help drive Possability’s vision of being recognised as an employer of choice through the creation of employee engagement and organisational culture activities.
As the Employee Experience & Engagement Coordinator, you will drive employee engagement and culture action planning, using the data and analysis from organisational culture surveys, employee consultation and co-design session.
This unique position is well-suited for a professional who is passionate about driving a culture of diversity and inclusion and making a positive difference for Possability’s employees. You will be responsible for developing, promoting and facilitating engagement and culture based initiatives across the organisation, to enhance employee commitment, satisfaction and drive a values inspired behavioural based culture.

**What's essential?**
- Tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline or relevant work history.
- Minimum 12 months experience within a similar HR/OD based role.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and provide advice to executive, management and employees.
- A passion for engagement and employee experience
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be maintained).
- The ability to travel to provide support as required.
