**Position: Trainer and Assessor - Pool Safety Inspection**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and skilled Trainer and Assessor for our Pool Safety Inspection courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct face-to-face training sessions and online webinars through Zoom to accommodate diverse learning needs and schedules.
- Assess and evaluate learner performance to ensure competency and readiness for certification.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, helping them meet the educational and professional requirements of pool safety inspection.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices in pool safety.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules and materials on pool safety inspection, adhering to current regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pool Safety Inspector.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse groups of learners.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for online training, such as Zoom.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

**Support Offered**:

- Assistance in meeting the additional qualifications and credentials required to become a certified Trainer and Assessor, if not already obtained.
