Independence Ulladulla are a Disability Service Provider based in Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast. We offer supported employment, supported independent living, community day programs as well as plan management and support co-ordination.
We require an experience bookkeeper / accounts clerk to join our administration team one day per week, Tuesday’s are preferable, with the view to working longer hours as the organisation expands.
**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations
Invoicing
Preparation of payroll information
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Xero
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping or higher qualification
- High level of computer skills and programs such as Outlook, Excel, Wor
- Ability to show initiative and work independently to meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) experience highly regarded
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
**Salary**: $28.97 - $34.97 per hour
