**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice on pet care.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Comfortable with customer bringing pets in store and respectfully interact with said pets
- Unpacking orders with possible heavy items up to 15kg
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine love for pets and a strong interest in pet care.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers of all ages.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely and efficiently.
