**The Role**:
Working closely with teams and clients, you will help bring architectural concepts to life. By considering both aesthetics and functionality, you will be responsible for designing and planning buildings and structures.

**Duties include**:

- Working as a CAD operator/modeller
- Carrying out sketch design work
- Carrying out Site Analysis and Site Context Analysis
- Liaising with and coordinating the various requirements and activities of Clients, Consultants, local Councils, and authorities
- Relating designs to relevant codes, BCA, and local council requirements

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- An AACA accredited Master of Architecture
- 3+ years’ experience post-graduation
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes & planning ordinances
- Excellent communication skills - visual, verbal and written
- Experience in ArchiCad a must
