The new **Ecommerce Supervisor role is permanent, full-time based in Stanmore,** within easy walking distance from local buses and Stanmore Station. You will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day online operations and motivating your team towards achieving online sales objectives. You will have demonstrated people management skills and visual merchandising experience in a retail environment, good organisational, time management and collaboration skills.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Supervise, coach and train team members
- Prepare rosters for ecommerce team within staffing budget
- Monitor and ensure adequate level and variety of stock/inventory; oversee operations from product sorting to product dispatch
- Manage the development of engaging and creative product descriptions and images for the online platform.
- Prepare relevant reports on sales, returns, online performance etc.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, recommend strategies for developing team and online performance.
- Respond to customer service queries promptly and appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams i.e. marketing and communication, warehouse/logistics, IT etc.

**You Will Need**:

- Experience supervising a team in a retail environment
- Retail fashion experience, with a keen eye for styling and detail
- Excellent visual merchandising skills and good understanding of techniques for engaging product display
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated high standards of customer service
- Proven experience at working with financial targets and budgets
- Ability to ensure digital stock levels are maintained and stock is sorted, priced and presented to high standard
