**The Client**
An exciting opportunity awaits to join an established and market-leading retail property service provider. Our client represents a property landlord that boasts an enviable portfolio of shopping centres and now requires an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

**The Role**
Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Operations Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Provide technical and operational process support
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
- Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided
- Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals
- Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation
- Tenancy Coordination

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- 5+ years Operations/Facilities Management experience
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen
- Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;
- Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling
- Experience in the management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
