House Cleaning Supervisor - ALL Rounder - Expressions of Interest

Smurfettes Cleaning Service is a well established residential cleaning company in Western Australia. We specialise in serving the disability and veterans home care community to assist our clients to live independently.

We are looking for an experiencde house cleaning supervisor.

Our House Cleaning Supervisor is our front line leader which will involve hands-on cleaning, administrative/scheduling duties, team building/training, liaising with clients, staff and management.

What you will need to be successful:
The criteria for this role is to assist the Manager;
- Working hands on
- Organising shift cover
- Training New Staff
- Distributing of Equipment & supplies
- Be Highly Self Motivated
- Use of Scheduling Software
- Answering Phone Calls
- Administrative duties
- Attention to detail
- Smart phone
- Own Computer/Laptop
- National Police Clearance no older than 3 months
- NDIS Clearance Check
- Be reliable & professional
- Own Vehicle
- Fully Vaccinated

Hours of work:

- Mon - Fri - 38hrs Full Time
- Mon - Fri - 20hrs Part Time
