**The Role**:
As our Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our OSHC community, leading with passion and enthusiasm. Your experience and skills in the OSHC sector will shine as you guide our team to deliver outstanding care and meaningful experiences for the children. You will be supported by a full team, including an Assistant Coordinator, Educational Leader, and dedicated staff members, as well as our Area Manager.
**Your roster** BSC: Mon, Wed, Fri
- 6:30 am-11:00 am | BSC: Tues & Thurs
- 6:30 am
- 10:00 am | ASC: Mon
- Fri: 2:00-5:30.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead with warmth and compassion, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Nurture strong connections with families, caregivers, and the school community.
- Embrace your passion for compliance, ensuring our service meets NQF and regulations.
- Share your expertise and knowledge during meetings to uplift the team.
- Establish a supportive and collaborative relationship with the principal and school leadership team.
- Offer a caring and understanding approach when supporting children with support needs.
- Uphold our core values of Respect, Encouragement, and Care in all interactions with stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Hold qualifications in Children's Services, preferably a Diploma or Cert III (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate significant experience in the OSHC sector, showcasing your leadership skills.
- Possess excellent communication abilities and an aptitude for teamwork.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Embrace a deep understanding of the NQS and NQF regulations, demonstrating your commitment to quality care.
- Proven leadership and display a genuine passion for nurturing children and their individual growth journeys.
**Child Safety**: Looking for an individual that understands, adheres to, and promotes
**The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations**. In your position, you will create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
**Requirement **Valid Paid NSW Working with Children Check
**(WWCC).**
**Vaccination**:
