**Shift**:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

**Role Description**:
Working closely with your supervisor and Customer Service Managers, your focus will be to clean our client sites and perform other operational activities.

You will be responsible for taking care of our client sites, and you will carry out various cleaning and maintenance duties. Your main goal will be to keep our site/s in a clean and orderly condition.

**Key Responsibilities and not limited to include**:

- Ensuring safe work practices are followed and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition including test and tag.
- Accidents and incidents are reported to the cleaning supervisor
- Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
- Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc
- Perform and track routine inspection where applicable
- Perform and track maintenance activities
- Notify supervisor or manager in case there is a need for repair and interventions
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent presentation

Pay: $23.28 - $24.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
