The THERE Brand team are on the look-out for a talented, driven, self-starting Motion Designer Animator for a full time position (with potential flexible working options) to deliver high quality brand communication solutions. You’ll be able to join a multi-award winning tight-knit team of of high performing ambitious creatives.

**A bit about you**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver high quality digital outputs
- Pre-production, producing and storyboarding
- Logo, graphic and text animation
- Working with supplied elements as well as creating your own
- Integrating sound and audio files to projects
- Video editing and compilation

**Must have**:

- High design aesthetic
- 4+ years motion graphics and video editing experience in a design agency, production company or similar
- Awesome Adobe Creative Suite skills - excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop etc
- Ability to select soundtracks, build-out storyboard concepts and produce animatics
- Must be extremely knowledgeable of animation timing/techniques and technology including comprehensive understanding of aspect ratios, colour spaces, compression, and finishing processes
- In-depth knowledge of overall post-production processes, workflows, and best practices
- A driven and proactive attitude and solution oriented
- Understanding of optimising video content for social platforms desirable
- Good process, well organised and attention to detail
- Takes ownership and responsibility
- Supportive and efficient team player
- Well articulated communicator

**Nice to have**:

- Illustration skills
- Copywriting skills (TOV)
- Ability to write scripts
- Experience working on brand, property and hospitality campaign projects
